It is estimated that 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bra!

The most common mistake is wearing a bra band size that is too big and a cup size that is too small.

How to get a well fitting bra:

If your underband is riding up at the back then the band is too big.

If your underband is tight and causing discomfort or the front of the bra is being pulled down rather than sitting under the breast then your under band is too small.

The centre front of the bra should lie against the body, if it doesnt this could be a sign that the cups are too small.

If the underwire is digging into you then the cup size may be too small of you may need a bigger underband.

Different bra shapes use different types of under wire for example strapless bras underwires are higher at the centre front and underarm than a regular bra. Try to find a style of bra that suits you.

If the breast tissue is bulging over the top of the cup then your cup is too small.

If you find that your cup size is baggy then you may need to go down a cup size. however if the cup fits fine everywhere but the top this may mean that the cup is too high up and you may benefit form wearing a balconette bra.
